Struggles and hardships can be a natural part of life. We all need a supportive ally as we navigate through stressful times.

I pride myself on being accepting, easygoing, and discreet. I am currently accepting new clients, and in-person and online sessions are available, If you’re considering counseling, please call me. I’m happy to answer questions, provide information, and see if we’re a good fit.

Unfortunately, at this time, my evening schedule is completely booked. I have daytime availability.

I see my role as a therapist as one of a caregiver, a provider of strength, and a collaborative problem-solver. I have experience with a wide variety of people, including individuals without a diagnosis to those diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anxiety and depression. I am LGBTQ+, sex worker, kink, and polyamory knowledgeable and affirming, and greatly enjoy working with these populations.

I enjoy providing support to my clients in an open-minded, encouraging, relaxed, non-judgmental way. It is important to me that my clients know that I support them, and that I do not judge. Life can be tough and overwhelming at times. Seeking counseling is a brave step toward a new outlook, I applaud you for that decision, and I am here to help.
