Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. I have a background in art, academic advising, crisis counseling and training in grief, loss and trauma. I have experience with clients of all ages in a variety of environments, including school settings, behavioral health hospitals, non-profit counseling centers and private practice. I would love to help you, or a loved one, create art, process life experiences and grow your personal journey in a safe, supportive studio.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We all need support and a place to process our lives. When meeting with clients, I try to take a holistic approach in order to meet each individual client where they are. When it comes to behavioral changes within ourselves, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been proven to be effective. I apply research-based techniques in sessions using Art Therapy and CBT.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy supporting clients and helping them build strong connections in their life while working on realistic goal setting.
