Great to meet you!

Accepting NEW clients. I am passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety and depression disorders related to pregnancy, postpartum and parenting; looking to improve self-esteem, those who are neurodivergent, experiencing life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to form, work on and accomplish their goals. I believe goals need to be realistic, specific, measurable, and that you have to celebrate your wins.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I think it is so important to have an open minded and collaborative relationship approach. I offer a judgment-free and easy-going environment where you can safely work toward your goals, developing coping skills, work setting healthy boundaries, and learning ways to effectively communicate.

What you can expect from our first session

I am passionate about meeting you where you are at and trying to find health ways to cope and achieve mental wellness. I use variety of different types of therapies: strength-based, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and person-centered approaches when working with you depending on your needs and where you are on your journey.
