Great to meet you!

I really value the relationships I build with my clients. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental and comfortable environment so clients can focus on being themselves. I hope clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves in therapy so they can reach their goals and work through life barriers.

I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at NYU. I have worked with families, adults and couples in diverse therapeutic settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor sessions to a client's individual needs. I have taken Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trainings.

I believe in the power of self-care and mindfulness, I often integrate these practices/principles into my work.

I work with clients who have experiences of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, familial issues and histories of trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to provide clients with different perspectives and insights. I will gently challenge clients when appropriate and also encourage clients to honor their needs.
