Great to meet you!

I am one of the most open-minded, non-judgmental people you will ever work with. I am curious about you, your life, and what brought you to therapy. I have worked with a wide range of clients from adults in custody with substance use disorders to vulnerable populations with serious mental illness. I have worked with adult clients all over the world. I have amassed a wealth of knowledge about therapy, addiction treatment and resources for recovery and creating a life of well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy and use various techniques depending on the issue. I have a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and utilize this training to enhance my approach, no matter the problem. The PERMA-V Model of Wellbeing underlies everything I do.

What you can expect from our first session

Initial sessions will be focused on getting to know you and understanding what you want to get out of therapy. We will create a treatment plan that specifies the problem(s), the goals, and the objectives. You can expect unconditional positive regard and an open mind from me. You can also expect to put in the work to make it happen. Just showing up for session will not move you in the direction you desire.
