I am originally from Georgia and moved here with my family in 2015. I have two children, one of whom is neurodivergent. I went back to school (previously a middle school educator) at Colorado State to get my masters degree in 2021 and have worked in community health and private practice as a mental health therapist since graduating.

Therapy with me is a blend of talk therapy and, if appropriate, EMDR. I believe that having a safe and nonjudgmental space to process life stressors can be a truly transformative experience. I work alongside my clients to help deepen their self-understanding so that they may feel empowered to create the positive changes they want to see in their lives.

I bring my own sense of authenticity and genuine care for each person. I hope to serve as a guide in the healing process; to work hard alongside you in order to discover the areas of discomfort and assist you in creating a plan to overcome these challenges.
