Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values the client-therapist relationship. I have five years of experience working with teens and adults and 12 years working in behavioral health. I value each person's unique story and needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working with different approaches of therapy, based off what a person needs. I have training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and MBCT. I will follow the client's lead and focus on getting to the root of the problem and assist in healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be heard in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, regardless of the concerns clients are experiencing. Client's sessions will be tailored to their specific needs. During our first session, an assessment will be completed to assist me in getting a better understanding of what the person is experiencing. During this time, clients can expect for rapport to begin developing and discussing their goals.
