Great to meet you!

Leah has over 10 years experience as a licensed counselor working with adults and teenagers. She is open to working with all genders and diverse populations.

Leah's goal is to align with clients, meeting them where they are, to create solutions to present day concerns while exploring the past traumas that may have landed them there.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Leah's approach is solution-based and she meets her client's where they are. She is an advocate for open communication and is adamant that nothing is 'off the table' in therapy, welcoming what some may view as "awkward" or "difficult" topics into session.

What you can expect from our first session

Solutions. Insight. Kindness towards oneself. Learning to take ownership of their life and to create future goals. Exploration of the past, connecting the why's and what's.

Leah's style is

Participatory
Affirming
Solution-oriented
