Great to meet you!

Hello! My virtual therapy practice is focused on creating a safe and affirming space to be yourself as we sort through the concerns you have. As an eclectic therapist,I like to listen for opportunities to offer existential, neuroscience, and systems based ideas that might spark insight. If you resonate, I will provide supporting materials for between session work. And as we explore what helps, and what doesn't, our collaboration can create change and empower you in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an openminded individual and I love working with those who feel othered by society and struggle with belongingness. I specialize in romantic relationship issues (monogomous to polyamory spectrum), personality and mood disorders, LGTBQIA+ concerns (including transitioning), and the challenges of being a 'Gifted' Adult (2e and neurodivergence). I like to treat these issues from a non-pathologizing and growth perspective that includes systems theory and neuroscience findings

What you can expect from our first session

From the first to the last session, we will explore your process and create shared goals, starting with the more immediate concerns. If you are seeking short term solutions to pressing issues, I have a tool belt full of cognitive behavioral and trauma informed techniques to help jump start change, but if you want to stick around to explore the possibility of more lasting change in your life, we can dig into your chronic issues from a systemic approach.
