I am an openminded individual and love working with those othered by society, or who struggle with belongingness, as well as family of origin trauma. I specialize in relationship issues (monogomous to polyamory spectrum), personality and mood disorders, LGTBQIA+ concerns (including gender transitioning), and the challenges of being a 'Gifted' Adult (2e, neurodivergent). I like to treat most issues from a non-pathologizing and growth perspective with systems theory tools and research findings.

From the first to the last session, we will explore your mental process and look for change opportunities, starting with the more immediate concerns. If you are seeking short term solutions to pressing issues, I have a tool belt full of cognitive behavioral and trauma informed techniques to help jump start change, but if you want to stick around to explore the possibility of more lasting change in your life, we can dig into your chronic issues from a systemic approach.
