I am an LMHC with experience in helping others with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, dually diagnosed, and a variety of other mental health needs. I have a Master’s in Counseling/Community Psychology with a certification in Forensic Mental Health. My work experience includes crisis services, psychiatric Emergency Room, and incarcerated adults.

My goal as a therapist is to meet people where they are at, and together figure out their needs and identify how to obtain a more fulfilling quality of life. I mainly do this through a combination of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Quality of life is most important to me. I work with clients set and achieve goals to help them be the best versions of themselves.
