A bit about my approach to therapy

Evidence based practices .You are welcome to communicate feedback. What is working, what is not working.

You will be able to process thoughts and emotions relating to personal experiences; gain insight and build resiliency to overcome distress.

What you can expect from our first session

First session will be all about the assessment and goals for therapy.

It's important to set the goal for each session, while reviewing the issues and concerns from the previous session. It is also important to set the expectations. Therapy will focus on developing the tools that help you accomplish your goals little by little. While adding on/taking away depending on trial and error.
