Great to meet you!

I've worked over the past 25 years in a variety of settings, including County Behavioral Health , Child Protective Services, Crisis Intervention, Hospice, Forensics and private practice. A a result I've acquired extensive experience working with individuals, couples, older adults and individuals facing legal issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to avoid utilizing any single approach to therapy, preferring to tailor sessions to your specific needs vs. adopting a "One size fits all" approach. I believe that the answers you're looking for lie within, and that our job is to work together to uncover those answers.

What you can expect from our first session

If you have questions or concerns about the effectiveness of online therapy, my clients tell me that they feel as comfortable and supported as they would if meeting in an office. They also enjoy the convenience and flexibility telehealth provides. Sessions are goal focused and collaborative: By responding to a series of questions, you will come to define what it is you seek to improve, and how.
