If you work with me, you can expect to feel empowered, valued, and safe (and you will probably laugh some, too!). I have specialized training in the treatment of perinatal mental health, relationship counseling (including non-traditional relationships and ENM), LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity, parent coaching, and kink. I am a part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, a feminist, and a mother. These are central parts of who I am and I believe they allow me to relate to my clients authentically.

I believe in connecting deeply and considering opportunities for healing collaboratively with my clients, as they know themselves best. I offer a safe and inclusive space for my clients to explore their identities, relationships, and personal goals and make impactful changes in their lives.

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling both empowered in their own journey and like they have a (sometimes snarky) co-pilot who is there to help them along the way!
