Great to meet you!

Hi there.

Thanks for stopping your scroll for a second. You clearly have a whole lot of therapists to choose from here. Picking someone you are going to bare your soul to based on a few hundred characters can be seriously overwhelming. I am definitely not a marketing guru and I don't have any punchy catchphrases. But I do know what it is like to struggle, to feel alone or overwhelmed. I also know with some help, it is very possible to get to the other side of those feelings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I could list a bunch of fancy treatment modalities I am trained in (btw, happy to provide those) but what I think is most important is I absolutely love my work and I am super confident that will come through when we work together.

I take a very relaxed and easy going approach in general, laughter is always welcomed in my sessions and perhaps some "therapeutic" use of language ;).

What you can expect from our first session

As I said, picking a therapist can be really overwhelming...but, if you think we might be a good fit, reach out, I would love to chat with you for a free consultation to answer any questions or so you can just get a feel for my vibe. Hope to hear from you soon! Kristie
