Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and have worked in the mental health field for 24 years. I have my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my career I worked in community settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting, family conflict, grief and loss. I have also assisted many individuals who have faced trauma of one form or another.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, strength based, and I tailor it to suit the needs of the individual or individual’s that I am working with. I believe that in life we all face challenges and how we overcome these experiences help to shape us as we grow. I view my role as supporting, challenging, empowering, and working with the individual as they move through the process of facing their challenges and overcoming them.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to guide my clients in discovering solutions, balance, strength in moving forward in their path and life goals. It takes strength and courage to take the step towards change and a happier more fulling life. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
