I have been in practice for 18 years and I work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and relationship concerns. I incorporate faith-based principles as desired and am inclusive of all backgrounds and orientations. Typically, I work from a cognitive-behavioral approach and I include other theoretical frameworks to provide more effective outcomes.
