Great to meet you!

My name is Kelly Fenimore, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Therapist, and I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. As a seasoned clinician, I believe we thrive when our human connections are collectively built on common core values such as honesty, inclusiveness, humility, compassion, and mutual respect.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a relational and psychodynamic philosophy, as I believe our past experiences and attachments shape who we are today, as well as what our relationships look like with ourselves and with others.

What you can expect from our first session

As a trauma-informed EMDR therapist, I will provide you with a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where real healing can begin. Clients who schedule with me can expect to gain insight into their relational and behavioral patterns, as well as develop coping skills to manage symptom distress. Treatment will be tailored to meet your unique needs, and we will draw upon your strengths to help you achieve your goals and get the life you've always wanted.
