Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Kelli and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with over 15 years of experience in a variety of counseling settings. I believe that creating a safe and non-judgemental environment for therapy is essential in healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and am familiar with the unique challenges that come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. I recognize that we all come into therapy with unique histories and I aim to help clients understand how our backgrounds can impact the lense in which we see the world. Together, we can create a narrative that best fits your current values and intentions.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help my clients work towards the delicate balance of accepting yourself as you are without judgement while at the same time working towards the changes you want to see. I value honesty and always encourage any feedback to make sure your needs are being met.

Taking the first step to reach out for support takes bravery and strength. I look forward to helping you take the next steps in your journey!
