Hello! My name is Keishona Farmer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Anxiety specialist. I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. I support my clients on their healing journey to help them navigate thru life challenges, to calm their anxious mind, and find inner peace.

I provide a safe and non-judgemental space to help my clients feel empowered and supported. My goal in therapy is to help my clients see how their thoughts control their emotions and feelings, while gaining healthy coping skills.

I specialize in working with Women with Anxiety and Women and adolescents suffering from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
