Great to meet you!

I believe that I was born to be a therapist. Over the course of my life, I have maintained a strong desire to help others. A smooth combination of nature & nurture, my personality traits, childhood upbringing, & personal experiences mapped my steps to this career destination. My experience that spans 20 years in the mental health field includes work in community & school settings with children, adolescents, adults, & families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an innovative and eclectic approach that is based on the individual, couple, or family. Infused with creativity, interventions are tailored to individuals’ needs. Although, I naturally gravitate toward cognitive behavioral techniques, I am skilled to incorporate other therapeutic frameworks. My patient approach is guided by my personal aphorism: “An Individual’s life is as delicate as a soft rose pedal; it must be handled with care”.

What you can expect from our first session

I seek to maintain a trusted therapeutic environment that is safe, genuine, and judgment-free pivoting others toward their own personal core values. My hope is to assist individuals on their journey to healing, wholeness, freedom, and growth.
