I am an LPC and a LCDC in the state of Texas and have years of professional experience with addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma counseling with individuals and families. I also have a personal connection with substance abuse and have been in recovery for 13 years. I passionately believe that humans are tribal beings and need each other for support and healing. I specialize in substance abuse and trauma and have been trained in one of the leading therapeutic interventions for trauma therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). I have experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. I offer psychoeducation and help develop healthy coping skills to help with anxiety and depression.
