Dr. Rouse Weir has 30 years of experience in the field of psychology and mental health. She has worked in out-patient, in-patient settings, with adolescents and adults, throughout the life cycle. She has experience with addiction, sexual disorders, psychosis, personality disorders as well as aging, depression, anxiety and partnership issues. She has experience with corrections, juveniles and adult offenders as well. She has conducted evaluations for educational, forensic and other settings.

She has 25 plus years addressing forensic mental health issues, conducting evaluations and providing expert witness testimony. She has experience evaluating juveniles and adults for district attorney's offices, and the courts. Dr. Rouse Weir approaches each patient individually and encourages a non-judgmental atmosphere. She utilizes strategies for problem solving, goal setting, and encourages diagnostic clarity. She works well with other providers to ensure best treatment for all individuals.
