Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide support towards a client’s sense of wholeness. Authenticity and trust can prove to be a catalyst in aiding you as you increase self-awareness, process feelings, identify and practice new approaches to existing problems or concerns, gain insight and to find healing and empowerment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is centered upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and provides an emotionally safe space that supports self-exploration, concerns, emotions, and the achievement of healthy goals. Our work together will involve exploring the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; open dialogue, and implementing effective coping skills and practices both during and in between sessions that can better equip you to handle life’s challenges as they arise.

What you can expect from our first session

You will find me to be passionate about helping people work through barriers to create the relationships and lives that they desire and to develop a sense of personal strength and self-acceptance. I celebrate and welcome the diversity of all clients and strive to create an affirming, inclusive and non-judgmental space in which you can explore your individual needs and therapeutic goals.
