Thank you for stopping by my profile. I believe that working collaboratively with young people and their families is rewarding and necessary for understanding and change. I have witnessed how therapy can be a powerful way to learn more about yourself, resolve conflict, and develop and practice new skills. With the client, we will explore needs, motivation for change, and set goals that are achievable and desirable. We will do this in a positive, safe, affirming way. Let's start!

We will work together to develop goals that are appropriate and achievable. I use a variety of theories and approaches to address my clients and caregivers needs and desires. At the heart of our time together, will be respectful, hopeful, and meaningful work.

I specialize in with youth experiencing school, home, and community concerns. Areas of focus behavioral modification techniques, Executive Functioning and coping skills. development. I use a variety of engaging and real. I use play-based activities that include music, journaling, expressive art, and psychodrama to connect, interventions, and educate.
