I attended SUNY College of Old Westbury, where I obtained my bachelors in Psychology. I then went on to attend Long Island University Brooklyn, where I obtained my Masters in Mental health counseling. Over the years I have worked as a 1-1 in a special needs preschool as well as a clinician in 2 outpatient clinics where I have worked with populations age 5-75. Through my career my passion has only grown in helping individuals and their families achieve their best versions of themselves.

Throughout my career, I have utilized a person centered and solution-based approach to navigating clients’ life changes, relationship issues, personal growth, self-esteem, and many other mental health needs.
