Great to meet you!

As a board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, I integrate care for all ages and stages. I understand the relationship between early childhood events and life long struggles. . I integrate western medicine with more holistic care, combining therapy, medications, and lifestyle modification. If you're interested in learning skills to help you live a more healthy and happy life, I can guide you down a treatment course that builds on your strengths, goals, and values.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I recognize that every individual has a unique story and set of symptoms that bring them into my office. By listening to your journey and needs, I work to find a treatment approach that makes sense to you. My goal is to move you out of simple survival mode towards finding a way to thrive. I recognize the complex intersections between the different systems of oppression that make it difficult to find care and transform our lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you choose to start medications or not, we will spend each session discussing what skills and services you need to move forward with your goals. Each treatment plan is specific to where you are in life and where you want to be.
