Great to meet you!

Hello there!

Painful experiences can often produce beautiful breakthroughs. I am passionate about utilizing evidence based models that are geared towards granting you the freedom you deserve.

I have a masters degree from UCLA and over a decade of experience in trauma focused work.

I am trained in EMDR and specialize in Christian Counseling.

Whether you are struggling with overcoming trauma, anxiety, relational issues, or spiritual struggles, I am ready to meet you right where you are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strength based and integrative as I recognize everyone's journey is unique.

It is my conviction to maintain a non-judgmental lens while pursuing a journey of self-compassion and grace. My desire is to understand your unique pain points and find healthy ways for you to cope and thrive in your current season.

You can expect that I will meet you with warmth and acceptance as we begin to craft a specific road to your recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

My focus is on empowering you to take ownership of your narrative, discover your strengths, and achieve realistic goals.
