My name is Juliet Marimira. I have worked with adolescents and adults with mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD substance use disorder, and more in my nursing career spanning over 10 years.

I specialize in post-partum depression, mood disorders and anxiety. I am certified to work with neurodivergent individuals and to provide LGBTAI+ affirming care! I am also certified in DBT, CBT, trauma informed care and ADHD care and assessment.

My goal is to use proven therapies to help you navigate life’s complex journey by unraveling the hidden strengths and potentials you possess as you strive to meet your life goals. I will encourage you to view yourself differently from the current narrative and support your efforts to recovery.

I believe good mental health is the cornerstone of a healthy balanced lifestyle. Many individuals have experienced different kinds of trauma at one time or another following life transitions. Such experiences impact how we behave and interact with our environments.
