Great to meet you!

As a therapist I enjoy what I do. I have extensive experience in family therapy. I have worked with children and adults. I specialize in working with children and their parents with diagnosis' such as ADHD, Autism, developmental concerns, anger issues, adjustment issue, trauma, anxiety, depression as well as others.

My experiences allow me to help a variety of adults and children in numerous ways with or without trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My history leads me to exploring histories in order to best understand my client and where they are coming from. This approach helps me assist my client in formulating their own personal goals to move beyond the current struggles they are having.
