Hi there, and good for you for reaching toward self-care. We are effectively the CEOs of the business of living and the farmers of the plot of being that is the self. Effectively managing our resources and learning to honor the natural rhythms and cycles of life is a cultivated skill. My goal as a practitioner is to support you to utilize your strengths and address your challenges. Sessions with me may combine a variety of approaches including; cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and compassion therapy, mindfulness practices, expressive art therapy, somatic experiencing, play therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
