Great to meet you!

I have worked with all ages along with their families, but I’m most effective and extremely enjoy working with individuals ranging from ages 6 to 21. I enjoy working with individuals with a history of suicidal ideations, non-suicidal self-injury, low self-esteem, low motivation, and school avoidance. I also specialize in emotional regulation, distress tolerance and behavior modification for ages 6-9.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m a multifaceted therapist catering my approach to each client and family. Understanding everyone's situation is different, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals. I’m accepting of challenges, ready to think up new ways to help you grow.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to not only challenge you and give you the safe space to heal, but to also provide you with the necessary support, tools, and therapeutic education to move from surviving to thriving. I find joy from helping individuals come into loving their authentic selves and understanding they deserve life.
