Great to meet you!

I am just like you; I am a human ,I have been thru some challenges, I love tv and movies, music, and books. One of my strongest character traits is empathy. This allows me to see the world through the client's eyes and imagine what it would feel like to walk in their shoes. I have a difficult time managing my excitement about the growth of telehealth. It is a shame it took a global pandemic to truly launch it into the mainstream.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to helping others is rooted in humility and the practice of radical acceptance. I pride myself on meeting the client where the client is and creating a blueprint for progress from there. I have a particular strength in working with anger, depression, and anxiety.

I have helped many individuals overcome these challenges in the past. I also have a particular niche working with diverse community cultures on these issues and helping them work through them.

What you can expect from our first session

  • "My approach to helping others is rooted in humility and the practice of radical acceptance.”
