Great to meet you!

My approach to treatment as an Internal Family Systems therapist is client-centered and individualized according to your unique experience. Through understanding and working with our inner system and parts we can transform ourselves from the inside out rather than relieving the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I collaborate with clients to identify, connect to, and work with parts of themselves that may be stuck in old patterns or negative beliefs from a place of compassion and curiosity. Through the process of working with their parts, clients discover and eventually embody their most authentic self that allow them to navigate their internal conflicts or external life in a more integrated and balanced way.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together to deepen your understanding of your experiences and patterns that feel destructive, limiting, or confusing, decrease self judgment or criticism, develop new ways to cope with stressors, increase tolerance for and acceptance of difficult emotions and situations, identify your needs and explore ways to get them met, improve interpersonal skills and boundary setting, and take steps towards living a life that is aligned with your values and priorities.
