Hi my name is Josh. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with each person, meeting them exactly where they are. In my 11 years of experience I've helped people with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety and significant life stressors.

In our session I help others to become more aware of themselves and provide tools to guide them. I like to get to know the person first and then develop tailor made practices that the person can begin implementing in their lives. I like to develop treatments that are specific to the needs of each person.

My goal is to create an environment where people feel safe, welcomed, and heard. I am committed to walk alongside each person to help them reach their desired destination.
