The essential element of any relationship is trust. I believe positive outcomes result from building an authentic connection between the therapist and the client. Although I have a diverse background, education, and experience, compassion and trust are the most influential components for addressing life's challenges in therapy.

Flexibility and adaptability are the keys to progress. I would characterize my therapeutic style as eclectic, incorporating CBT, mindfulness, and existential concepts such as need fulfillment.
