Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation fields. My experience is varied as I have worked with veterans, women, children, victims of abuse, couples, families, and teenagers. I use a client-centered approach that focuses on increasing the clients' insight and giving them the tools so that they can navigate life's problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These therapies are well-established and they help us to understand how the way we feel is influenced by our thoughts. I can help you learn strategies that manage stress and minimize dysfunctional feelings.

What you can expect from our first session
