A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal for you is to help you attain your best potential for personal growth and health, as well as help you have a happy relationship. I believe that in my practicemy patients can discover that their goals are achievable by applying the methods and techniques that I help you with in session. Following these strategies can have an incredible impact on your sense of well being, happiness, recovery, and health.

What you can expect from our first session

During each session I'll guide you through strategies which will help reduce the stress in your life/relationship.
