Great to meet you!

I'm a here to help and support you. If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, intrusive negative thoughts, or any other concerning area of your life, there is help available to you. The stress from living can become overwhelming at times. This is not necessarily negative; in fact, it is an opportunity for growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary objective is to create a safe and healing environment that promotes a cooperative therapeutic relationship to explore goals and ways of reaching them. My approach to therapy is an integrative therapeutic approach, which includes Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and other styles that are based on the individual client's needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a journey, and you are not alone in this. The first couple of sessions will be getting to know you; we will discuss your history, challenges, goals, stressors, and strengths, etc. I think that it is important for all clients to be able to feel supported, understood, and validated, after the initial session and each session thereafter. I want to support you, so that you can be the best that you can be; helping you discover the true strength that you possess.
