Great to meet you!

We are all different people with different experiences, needs, and challenges in life. We will partner as a team as I support you in establishing your goals. We will work together to develop best-fit approaches in addressing any emotional issues. I will support you unconditionally as you acquire new tools that boost coping and communication skills, improve self-esteem, and promote changes in unwanted behavior.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a person-centered approach to therapy. It's all about what you want, need, and can manage while creating the change you desire. Therapy can be a source of comfort, a place where you "let go" of stress, and a space that helps you feel energized. The process of therapy can even be "fun" as you strive toward improved mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a tailored approach to assist them in achieving their own goals and at their own pace. Healing, growing, and creating change within ourselves takes time....and seeking help is a courageous step.
