A bit about my approach to therapy

We utilize a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. We will first work to get your stress regulated then focus on your individual goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, you and I can build a therapeutic relationship to help explore issues and find methods to help cope to live a balanced and fulfilled life.

I am compassionate and dedicated to the improvement of mental health overall. I am innovative and accommodating, meeting clients where they are in their journey and encouraging growth. It’s time to fall in love with the process of becoming the very best version of yourself. The best part about therapy is that you are not doing this alone.
