Great to meet you!

I help clients find solutions to issues involving boundaries, self care, time management, trauma, and stress. have experience with active duty military, military connected family, LGBTQIA+, parents, foster youth, and probation youth. Diagnoses most treated include PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder/Unspecified Depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to build a relationship that does not feel forced by either person, nor does it feel fake. Yes it is my job *however comma*I don't box in clients and don't want to be put into a box. Culture is just as, if not more, relevant than traditional schooling. We're going to laugh, cry, use profanity, refer to pop culture, use music, refer to theory, and s/o whatever higher power you do *or don't* recognize. By the end of our time together, we'll feel like we've known each other for a lifetime.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who choose to work with me are in the preparation and action stages of change. They are ready to work on identifying blindspots, problem solving, removing themselves from toxic environments, and increasingly verbalizing that they are a part of the issues. Many clients have compound trauma.
