As a trauma specialist my first priority is helping you feel safe and will always value your comfort while helping you learn new ways to process your thoughts and emotions. No approach works for everyone so I am trained in many modalities holistically based in honoring your strengths.

My therapy style is all about flexibility and adaptation. Everything that we do together will be designed just for you and you and your needs. Self-expression should never be limited to just words. While I am trained in CBT it is not a one size fits all treatment. When you need more we can explore your inner world through creative therapies that go beyond traditional therapy using nature, yoga, music, and art. We'll explore thoughts and beliefs concerning yourself and your surroundings, thinking through those that might be influenced by anxiety and hurting your progress. You can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, as well as recognizing thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that could be holding you back. I'll empower you with techniques to calm your anxiety, overcome depressive symptoms, and guide you in managing stressors without being overwhelmed. I also provide parenting coaching.
