My name is Jessica West and I am a Christian Mental Health Counselor. I have experience helping people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders. I am compassionate and love helping support people during life's ups and downs.

I utilize a faith-based trauma informed CBT approach.

Clients will feel supported, empowered, and equipped to face the challenges they have been dealing with. As a therapist I create a safe space for the client to open up and process difficult emotions, while incorporating Christ-centered principles to help them grow in their faith and heal from damaged emotions.
