Great to meet you!

We are significantly shaped by the treatment we receive from others and the negative impact that painful relationships and experiences have on us. Your healing involves taking your power back from those experiences and learning how to trust your own instincts and intuition. With this, my lens focuses on interpersonal trauma and attachment injuries.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Your journey to healing begins as I listen to your story and validate both what you are going through and what has happened to you. As you become more comfortable with the change process, it continues as I offer you insight into your relationships, experiences, perspectives, and beliefs about who you are and what is possible. We do this by accessing modalities like Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Processing, Emotionally Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Your therapy journey ends as you begin to feel empowered, worthy, and capable. I challenge you to be the best version of yourself once you begin to believe that you have the capacity and ability to improve your own life.
