Western New York born where I attended D’Youville College completing my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree. I have worked in the Mental health field for nearly 8 years. I have experience working in various settings, including inpatient rehab, inpatient mental health, outpatient mental health, outpatient MAT and community-based mental health. My experience includes treating adults (18+) for Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia, Bipolar I&II, OCD, ADHD. and SUD.

Mental health has become more of a priority in health care. My focus is to minimize those barriers that prevented people from getting the care they deserve and to improve on the past practices. The Telehealth approach I utilize removes the need to attend an appointment in an office providing convenience to those seeking mental health care. Visits can be made over phone or video, making it convenient for you to attend from the comfort of your home or even on a business trip.

Research has shown when therapy and pharmacological treatment are paired together, outcomes in treating mental health symptoms are more successful. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is also a key aspect of successful mental health treatment. This alliance will be developed overtime, and anything discussed will always be kept private.
