Great to meet you!

I expand my services to include and encompass mental and sexual health. My aim is to provide a safe, respectful, supportive, and confidential space to explore and address a wide range of concerns to foster healthy, enhancing, and fulfilling life and relationships. Many of my clients come to me with issues with confidence, self-esteem, depression, intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction, communication problems, infidelity, kink/BDSM, sexual compulsivity, sexual education, relationship enhancement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I can offer a compassionate listening ear, psychoeducation on various topics, coping skills, honest feedback, and a safe space. I am genuine, flexible, understanding, and non-judgmental. Knowing that one size does not fit all, I make every client a treatment plan that is unique to them. I like to remind my clients that they are human, deserving. and worthy.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients walk away from session sessions with deeper understanding, skills, and tools they can utilize without me. Upon completion of therapy services, my clients live knowing they are the expert in their own life.
