Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people make functional and impactful changes in their lives. I absolutely love seeing the "light bulb" go off for someone and getting to be part of someone's journey as they become empowered to make changes. I believe that developing awareness and insight leads to meaningful changes and greater understanding.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide traditional psychotherapy services. I appreciate the knowledge that the science and study of the brain can provide and I provide psychoeducation with the intent of helping others to develop a deeper understanding of what they are experiencing. My hope is that this helps them to develop more compassion and love for themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are motivated, open and seeking to explore how to make changes in your life, but don't know quite where to start I would be happy to help you. I not only have a lot of professional experience but a great deal of life experience too. I am a real person who has a lot of empathy and I'm a natural helper. You can expect me to be part of your journey every step of the way!
