As a client, you are an over-achiever and someone who appears to achieve in all areas of life. You believe in perfection versus completing something as "good enough." You show enthusiasm and capability to the world but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, fearful, and inadequate.

I believe in holistic approaches and assisting clients in ways to meet their goals. I have a laid-back but creative and goal-directed style. My role is to help you design and work towards achieving your goals while making modifications along the way. I believe in walking my talk and utilizing the strategies I share in sessions for myself.
