Great to meet you!

I always try to be my authentic self and I hope you will be too. I have struggled with my own mental health & I am neurodiverse. So I believe in the power of arming your mind with as many tools as possible to get you to where YOU want to be in life, not where other people want you to be. It's your journey, think of me as your wise wizard guide along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in building a strong relationship with you, let's dig around in the roots of the issues but also give you the tools for right now to make life a little easier. I specialize in people who feel like they don't fit in, who can't help their strong emotions, & in people who have no idea why they feel the way they do. I'm trained in several modalities and have years of experience as a therapist, but most important of all (I think) is the unconditionally safe space I will always provide you.

What you can expect from our first session

Life can really suck sometimes, and when you're struggling with your mental health that suck can feel even suckier. I can help with all of these feelings by helping to educate you on your mental health, by being a safe place to be vulnerable, by giving unconditional positive regard (I always want what is best for you!) & by giving you the tools to get OUT of your head into your life. Or somedays, the tools to just get out of bed.
