Great to meet you!

Hello! I am so happy that you're reading this and look forward to meeting you ! Social work is my passion. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2013 and will love seeing you grow and thrive while we work together. I have experience working with a wide range of populations including adolescents, adults and the forensic population. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, hospitals, school and the prison system. My wide range of experience allows me to assist many people.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will help you build on your strengths, identify maladaptive or negative thought processes which are preventing you from living life to your fullest. I utilize a strengths based perspective with CBT techniques and a variety of other techniques listed. I am able to work with many disorders including individuals who have suffered from trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

Your mental health will improve while in therapy because you are making the choice to work on yourself and that is the first step toward wellness! My approach is collaborative and we will set goals together so you receive the best care. You will learn how to re-frame your thoughts so your life view is more positive allowing you to make healthier choices.
